Tonymoly gel eyeliner - Does not smudge & nice color too! Only available in black & khaki black (2 popular colors in korea). Selling at $15.90 (free normal postage)
My feedback: I'm currently using khaki black & I find the color is nice as it comes with shimmers. Furthermore, it's easy to use as it glides on smoothly & the best it does not smudge at the end of the day esp with oily eye lids :)
